Our experience began long before we became a general contractor. Pete White started as a framer in 1997, worked as a subcontractor, became a superintendent, and eventually began building custom homes. That experience provides a unique understanding of every stage of construction—from the first layout on a foundation to the final walkthrough.

We believe details matter because they create confidence. Honest communication matters because it builds trust. Strong relationships with trusted subcontractors matter because quality isn't created by one person—it's created by an entire team that takes pride in their work.

Having worked in construction since 1997—as a framer, superintendent, and general contractor throughout Southern Utah, Pete founded PK White Construction with the belief that clients deserve a builder who listens carefully, communicates clearly, and takes personal responsibility for the finished result.

Pete remains closely involved in the work, bringing practical construction knowledge, strong local relationships, and a commitment to solving problems the right way. His goal is not simply to complete a project—it is to create a building experience clients feel confident recommending to others.
